Regular cleanings include, but are not limited to dusting and polishing of all surfaces, furniture and appliance exteriors (inside of microwave also included), tidying of home, dishes, making of beds (changing linens upon request), inside of windowsills and interior/exterior of sliding glass doors, sweeping/vacuuming/mopping, kitchens and bathrooms (surfaces, appliances, tubs/toilets/showers/sinks/mirrors), and emptying of trash bins.

 

Deep cleaning includes everything in our regular cleaning, plus baseboards, ceiling fans, and a thorough washing of cabinet exteriors.

 

Tenant flips and move out cleanings are priced differently and may require an on site estimate prior to obtaining a quote. These are priced by the size and condition of the home and include everything listed above, plus cabinet, drawer, and appliance interiors and more.
